Knowing how to evaluate the level of integration of new habits is knowing if we have changed culture.

As part of a change approach, it is essential to understand the notion of “critical mass “. We can not say that we have changed the culture of the company without having a majority of people sharing this culture.

Below is a map to measure the level of integration of change within a population from a questionnaire. The principle is to cross the degree of acceptance of the new culture by the individuals of a group with the percentage of the population they represent within the group.

Note that we can ” judge ” that we have anchored a new culture when we are in an average population of individuals « progressive » or « integrators ».
